| Many firms tell you that they have a collegial work environment. At Schnader, the "collegiality" of our practice has been a hallmark of the Firm for decades. A collegial work environment does not happen by accident -- it is achieved only when the development and sustaining of such an environment is a priority, beginning with the types of individuals who are recruited to work at the firm. The sophisticated practice of law can make many demands on your time, your intellect, your emotions and your personal life - from our perspective, you cannot be successful at this type of practice in the long term unless you can enjoy the people with whom you work!
