Kevin Coleman was a speaker for the Bar Association of San Francisco’s Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section’s seminar, “Navigating the Potentially Treacherous Cross-Currents of Executory Contract/Lease Treatment in Chapter 11.” The presentation focused on particular areas where Section 365 of the Bankruptcy Code creates significant obstacles to restructuring a business that depends for its value on contract rights, and possible ways to circumvent these obstacles.
