Schnader's Wellington Speaks on the Barnes Collection in Philadelphia

Schnader's Ralph G. Wellington participated in a panel discussion, "The Barnes Collection in Philadelphia: 'The Art of the Steal' or Dr. Barnes' Goal Fully Realized?", on Tuesday, July 27 for the City of Philadelphia's Law Department. Mr. Wellington discussed the history of the Barnes collection and the Barnes Foundation's petition to expand the Foundation Board and relocate the gallery and education facility to Philadelphia. The presentation was part of a two-day CLE conducted by the City of Philadelphia for its attorneys.
