Keith E. Whitson will present an "Appellate Practice Workshop" at the 50th Golden Anniversary of the Allegheny County Bar Association's Bench-Bar Conference on Friday, June 15, 2012 in Seven Springs, Pa. Mr. Whitson and David R. Fine of K&L Gates LLP will argue an actual civil case based upon briefs filed with the court before a panel of appellate judges, including the Hon. John T. Bender, Hon. Christine L. Donohue, and Hon. Kate Ford Elliott of the Superior Court. Following the argument, the judges will critique the argument and the attorneys will discuss their oral argument strategy.
