Marla K. Conley presented a CLE program "How to Start and Run an Animal Welfare Organization" at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's 9th Annual Animal Law Conference on August 23, 2012 in Philadelphia, Pa. Ms. Conley discussed the process for applying to the Internal Revenue Service for recognition as a “Section 501(c)(3)” organization.
