Appellate Success: Hagan v. Rogers

In Hagan v. Rogers, 570 F.3d 146 (3rd Cir. 2009), Schnader obtained reversal of dismissal of plaintiff inmates in action against detention facility officials for failure to address the threat of a contagious skin disease, and obtained vacatur of decision not to certify action as a class action.
