Noted Litigator Steps Down as Firm Chairman

Ralph Wellington was featured in a February 28 article titled "Top Litigator Stepping Down as Chairman" in the Sunday Business section of The Philadelphia Inquirer. Mr. Wellington was quoted as saying, "Firms need new leadership and new vision. No firm exists because of a particular leader and institutionally it was time to have someone new." The article focused on Mr. Wellington's desire to return to practicing law full time and noted that David Smith will take over duties as the new chairman.
