This includes lawsuits under federal and state antidiscrimination laws (e.g., age, race, sex, disability and religious discrimination, plus sexual and other harassment), wrongful discharge, defamation in the workplace, ERISA, workers’ compensation, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of restrictive covenants and employment-related claims under RICO and antitrust laws.
