Eric T. Smith

Mr. Smith co-chairs our Aviation Group and is a member of both our Litigation Services and our Business Services Departments.

He possesses broad and substantial experience in aviation, employment and bankruptcy law arenas. He represents small, mid-sized and large corporations, assisting them in their employment-related matters, and represents financial institutions and companies in the full spectrum of possible bankruptcy and workout matters.

Mr. Smith also represents airports, both large and small, across the United States in all matters impacting air operations, regulatory affairs and airline relations.
