Christopher H. Hart

Mr. Hart is co-chair of the Firm's Financial Services Practice Group and a member of the Creditors' Rights and Business Restructuring Practice Group. Mr. Hart's practice focuses on business restructurings and he has represented debtors, creditors committees, and trustees in cases under Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. He has broad substantive expertise in complex business and corporate litigation. He has represented a variety of technology companies in intellectual property matters as well as contract and licensing disputes.
