    Ms. Diamond is an associate in the Litigation Services Department and the Labor and Employment Practices Group. In her practice, Ms. Diamond advises and litigates on behalf of a diverse group of clients, including multi-national retailers, financial institutions, small- and medium-sized businesses, commercial real estate firms, educational entities, and not-for-profit organizations, on a wide array of employment and commercial matters.  These matters have involved contract disputes, restrictive covenant disputes, severance agreements and termination issues, the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA), wage & hour disputes, workers’ compensation and unemployment insurance issues, worker classification issues, wrongful termination and privacy issues, the Federal Back Pay Act, and personal injury claim defense, as well as violations of business, education, and labor codes.
