Horan
Patrick M. Horan is an associate in the Firm's Business Services Department and a member of the Corporate, Nonprofit Organizations, and Emerging Companies Practice Groups. Mr. Horan's practice focuses primarily on corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions for both, for-profit and nonprofit organizations. He has counseled clients on corporate, partnership, and LLC formations, and related governance issues. Mr. Horan also advises clients regarding commercial contracts, consulting agreements, and licensing agreements, and has assisted clients with structuring and negotiating business consolidations, including stock and asset sales, mergers, and squeeze outs.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Horan served as a law clerk to the Hon. Marjorie O. Rendell in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and as a law clerk for the U.S. Department of Justice - Antitrust Division.
