Timothy M. Gladden

Timothy M. Gladden is counsel in the Firm's New York office and a member of the Business Services Department. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, securities transactions and other complex and general corporate matters. Mr. Gladden has substantial experience structuring, negotiating and managing M&A transactions across multiple industries. He has closed over $1.6 billion in M&A transactions. He has represented companies in buy-side and sell-side acquisitions. In addition, he has represented clients in numerous asset acquisitions and dispositions covering intellectual property, financial instruments and other portfolio properties. Mr. Gladden has also represented borrowers and lenders in secured and unsecured financing transactions, including asset based loan transactions, receivables facilities and factoring transactions.
