Cornblatt
Marc Cornblatt's experience covers substantially all areas of business and nonprofit organizations and activities, including organizational structure and governance, mergers and acquisitions, sales and secured transactions, financing and domestic and international transactions. He is a former member of the Firm's Executive Committee and has served as the chair of its Corporate and International practice groups and the chair of its Business Services Department covering all areas of business practice. His experience extends from counseling businesses in their creation and growth to handling all types of business transactions to representing participants in substantial business disputes. He has extensive experience in dealing with nonprofit organizations and charities and proceeding for charities in the Pennsylvania Orphan's Court and is the co-author of an award winning law review article on charities and the Court.
