Richard A. Barkasy

    Mr. Barkasy is a member of the Business Services Department and co-chair of the Creditors' Rights and Business Restructuring Practice Group. He devotes a substantial portion of his practice to bankruptcy matters and is also an experienced commercial litigator. In addition, Mr. Barkasy is an adjunct professor of bankruptcy, secured transactions, and construction law at Rutgers University School of Law-Camden.
