Ms. Park focuses her practice on litigation. She has worked on a wide variety of matters at the trial and appellate level, from contract disputes to hearings before administrative panels of private associations. Her clients include retailers, banks, nonprofit entities, and higher education institutions, among others.

Ms. Park has experience taking and defending depositions and recently assisted in conducting internal investigations for a local university in connection with its discrimination and harassment policies and procedures. She represents companies in commercial leases and works on matters involving commercial general liability insurance policies. She also has experience representing banks in fiduciary litigation before the Orphans’ Court. Ms. Park has conducted research on numerous issues including breaches of warranty due to defective products, premises liability, treatment of S-corporation distributions under the federal tax code, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and statutes of limitation as applied in a variety of contexts.
