Mr. Brandolph has counseled businesses on legal issues, particularly firms in the fields of food and health care. For several major family-owned-and-operated food chains, he has handled matters such as start-up logistics, site locations and strategic acquisitions. His work for individuals and group health care providers includes buying and selling medical practices, structuring shareholder agreements and handling shareholder disputes. Well known in lending circles, Mr. Brandolph has often represented borrowers.
