Daniel Pereira is an associate in the firm’s Business Services Department. He focuses his practice on counseling clients on bankruptcy-related matters. His practice also includes a range of complex transactional matters, including asset purchases, commercial loan agreements, and commercial real estate leasing and financing. Mr. Pereira’s practice frequently involves work on behalf of clients in the retail industry, including landlord/tenant leasing matters, as well as issues arising out of retailer bankruptcies.

Prior to joining Schnader, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Jessica R. Mayer of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division, and as an intern for the Honorable J. Curtis Joyner of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. While in law school, Mr. Pereira argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit on behalf of a death-row inmate appealing the summary judgment dismissal of the inmate’s Section 1983 civil rights claim.
