Frantz Duncan is an Associate in our Litigation Services Department in our Philadelphia office. He recently completed a judicial clerkship with The Honorable Sharon A. King, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Frantz has experience in all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, facilitating pre-trial discovery and document production, motion practice, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and handling appeals. Previously, Frantz served as an Assistant Deputy Public Defender at the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender Office of Parental Representation, where he has tried over 40 bench trials. Frantz has also served as a healthcare litigation associate at Burns White.
