Krystal R. Bordoni-Cowley is an associate in the firm’s Business Services Department. She represents a wide range of clients, including quasi-government, private, and commercial clients, in acquiring, selling, leasing, developing, and financing real estate and construction projects.  She also facilitates clients with corporate mergers and acquisitions, government petitions relating to real estate, compliance with federal and Pennsylvania regulations and mandates, and preserving intellectual copyrights.  During law school, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Lee A. Solomon at the Supreme Court of New Jersey, as well as the Honorable Roslynn R. Mauskopf at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. A classical and Americana violinist, Krystal co-founded a Brooklyn-based band and continues to create music.
