Albert Dandridge Will Be Honored With Dennis H. Replansky Memorial Award
On January 21, 2021 by Schnader in NewsAlbert S. Dandridge, III will be honored with the Dennis H. Replansky Memorial Award, presented by the Business Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association. Dandridge will receive the award at the Section’s Annual Reception & Awards Ceremony (virtual) on February 11, 2021 at 5:30 p.m.
Dandridge is chair of Schnader’s Securities Practice Group and is a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee. He served as the 88th Chancellor of the Philadelphia Bar Association in 2015, and is a former chair of the Business Law Section.
The Dennis H. Replansky Memorial Award recognizes Replansky’s career as a lawyer and his contributions to legal, civic, religious and other charitable causes. The annual Award honors an individual who represents these qualities and has made “unique contributions to and significant achievements within the business law community in the Philadelphia area.” Replansky, a former Business Law Section Chair of the Bar Association, was a 51-year old senior partner at the law firm of Blank Rome Comisky & McCauley when he died in March 1994. He was a teacher and mentor to many members of the Philadelphia legal community and exemplified the dedication, integrity, intelligence and friendship incumbent on all members of the legal profession.
