Alice Sacks Johnston Selected as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America
On December 18, 2018 by Schnader in NewsAlice Sacks Johnston, chair of the firm’s Product Liability practice group, has been selected to join the elite honorary society of Fellows of the Litigation Counsel of America.
The Litigation Counsel of America is an invitation-only trial lawyer honorary society, recognizing excellence among American litigation and trial counsel and promoting superior advocacy and ethical standards in the practice of law. Membership is limited to 3,500 Fellows, representing less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Fellows are selected and invited into Fellowship after being evaluated for effectiveness and accomplishment in litigation and trial work, along with ethical reputation.
Ms. Johnston represents clients in a range of complex litigation matters and a variety of industries. Her focus includes complex product liability defense, oil/gas/mineral and pipeline, mass torts and toxic torts, defense of pharmaceuticals and medical devices and restrictive covenant/non-compete actions, particularly in technology and product-intense industries.
