Allan Schneirov Honored as a 50-Year Member of the Bar

Allan Schneirov, counsel in the Firm’s Philadelphia office, was honored at the Quarterly Meeting & Luncheon of the Philadelphia Bar Association on June 9, 2009 as 50-year members of the Bar.

Mr. Schneirov has extensive experience counseling entrepreneurs in all aspects of legal problems related to their businesses, including family planning and wealth transfer issues. As a result of his representations of auto dealers and real estate developers, Mr. Schneirov has developed extensive knowledge of the auto sales and leasing field, as well as the many aspects of commercial real estate development. His practice also focuses on corporate and real estate financing and lending primarily from the borrower’s side and secured and unsecured financing for entrepreneurial borrowers.
