Appellate Success: Violations of Broadcast Indecency Provisions During Super Bowl

In CBS Corp. v. Federal Communications Commission, 535 F.3d 167 (3rd Cir. 2008), vacated and remanded, 129 S.Ct. 2176 (2009), Schnader assisted in obtaining vacatur of orders finding violations of broadcast indecency provisions in connection with a musical performance that was broadcast live during the Super Bowl; case has since been remanded by Supreme Court for further proceedings.
