Arthur Brandolph Appointed Co-chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Fee Disputes Committee

The Committee on Fee Disputes deals with disputes concerning the amount of fees charged by any member of the Philadelphia Bar in cases in which no unethical conduct is alleged.
Mr. Brandolph, a member of the Firm’s Business Services Department, counsels businesses on legal issues, particularly firms in the fields of food and health care. He has handled matters such as start-up logistics, site locations and strategic acquisitions for several major family-owned-and-operated food chains. His work for individuals and group health care providers includes buying and selling medical practices, structuring shareholder agreements and handling shareholder disputes.
