On January 12, 2023, the New York State Department of Labor (“NYSDOL”) published an updated Proposed Model Sexual Harassment Prevention Policy (“Proposed Model Policy”), and provided a 30-day period, until February 11, 2023, for the public to comment on the proposed policy before a final version is adopted.
