Bruce Kelson joins Schnader’s San Francisco Office

Schnader Harrison Segal and Lewis LLP is pleased to announce that Bruce B. Kelson has joined the firm as counsel in our Litigation Services Department, resident in the San Francisco office.

Mr. Kelson is an accomplished litigator whose practice focuses on securities litigation and other complex commercial litigation for U.S. and foreign clients.  He has represented and advised clients in connection with securities class actions, shareholder derivative litigation, internal investigations, SEC and other regulatory investigations and proceedings, M&A/transaction-related litigation, director and officer liability and corporate governance issues and litigation, and antitrust and unfair competition litigation. 

He has extensive experience in federal and state courts and arbitral forums in California, New York, Delaware and other states.  His clients span a range of industries including financial services, real estate, venture capital, sports and fitness, software and technology, among others.

Mr. Kelson received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School. He is admitted to practice in California and New York.
