Bruce Merenstein Selected as Fellow of American Academy of Appellate Lawyers

Bruce P. Merenstein was selected as a Fellow of the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers (AAAL). Membership in AAAL is reserved for experienced appellate advocates who have demonstrated the highest skill level and integrity. Nominations to the organization can only be made by current Fellows. Nominees are thoroughly vetted by the legal and judicial communities in a confidential process and must be elected to the fellowship by the board of directors.

Merenstein, chair of Schnader’s Appellate Practice Group, has a comprehensive litigation practice ranging from first and second-chairing jury trials to handling state and federal court appeals to serving as court-appointed special master in a number of complex federal cases. He has extensive experience mediating difficult disputes and has been responsible for dozens of appeals covering a wide variety of subject matters.
