Karen Baillie and Ernest Rajakone published an alert, “Colleges Advised to Address Proactively Website Accessibility.”

On May 19, 2023, the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and the Office of Civil Rights of the U.S. Department of Education jointly released a Dear Colleague Letter reminding postsecondary institutions of their obligations proactively to remove barriers faced by individuals with disabilities in accessing online services, programs, and activities.
