Albert S. Dandridge III was noted in a March 9, 2006 article in The Philadelphia Inquirer, “SEC Says Firm Diverted $9 million from Funds.” The article discusses Keystone Venture Management Holdings Inc.’s alleged misappropriation of $9 million from investors, including Philadelphia and Pennsylvania pension funds, according to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Albert served as counsel to former Keystone director, Kieran J. Dale, in the investigation.
