Deena Jo Schneider Authors ABA Antitrust Section’s Response to FTC Guide

Deena Jo Schneider recently served as primary author and editor of the American Bar Association Antitrust Section’s response to the Federal Trade Commission’s recent request for comments on how to revise its “Guides for Advertising Allowances and Other Merchandising Payments and Services.” The task force that worked on these comments, which was organized by the Chair of the Section’s Pricing Conduct Committee and included two former chairs of the Section and two former chairs of the Committee. Together with the Chair of the Committee, Ms. Schneider presented the proposed comments to the Council of the Antitrust Section for its approval. The final comments were submitted to the FTC on Jan. 28.
