FN Estate, Inc Successfully Represented by Schnader

Schnader’s Bankruptcy, Workout and Reorganization team successfully represented FN Estate, Inc. (formerly known as Fastnet Corporation) and its affiliates, in their Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. A publicly traded company, the debtors provided Internet access and enhanced products and services, including high-speed data and Internet services, wireless Internet services, data-center services, Web hosting, managed and unmanaged co-location services, eSolutions, and Web design and development. In connection with their bankruptcy cases, Schnader represented the debtors in the various sales of their operating divisions to multiple purchasers under Section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code and successfully confirmed their plan of liquidation in 2005, which provided a substantial distribution to creditors.
