Four from Schnader Are Members of the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers
On October 14, 2010 by Schnader in AppellateSchnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP is proud to have three attorneys who are Fellows of the prestigious and well-regarded American Academy of Appellate Lawyers, James Crawford, Nancy Winkelman, and Carl Solano, and one attorney who is an Honorary Fellow, Hon. Timothy K. Lewis. Additionally, Ms. Winkelman currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Academy. Of the ten active members of the AAAL affiliated with the Third Circuit, Schnader proudly counts three among the ranks.
The AAAL was founded in 1990 to recognize outstanding appellate lawyers and promote the improvement of appellate advocacy and the administration of appellate courts. Membership, which is limited to 500 members nationwide, is by invitation only and open to those practitioners who possesses a reputation of recognized distinction as an appellate lawyer. Nominees must have a minimum of 15 years practice in appellate law and have attained a high degree of respect and eminence among professional peers and within the profession generally.
