Gordon Woodward Earns LLM in Insurance Law and Receives Insurance Law Center LLM Award

Gordon S. Woodward recently earned an LLM in Insurance Law from the University of Connecticut School of Law. Woodward was also the 2020 recipient of The Insurance Law Center LLM Award for scholarship in insurance law. The Law School’s LLM program is the oldest in the country, offering in-depth graduate training in insurance and financial services law.

Woodward is a partner in Schnader’s Litigation Department, Managing Partner of the Washington, D.C. Office, and Co-Chair of the firm’s Construction Industry Practice Group. His practice concentrates on litigation matters including construction, product liability, and related insurance coverage issues. In addition, Woodward has significant experience in several non-litigation areas including the drafting of construction contract documents, the preparation of complex insurance coverage opinions, and counseling nonprofit entities on governance and contractual matters.
