Hon. Timothy K. Lewis Spoke at Two Major CPR Events

Schnader’s Hon. Timothy K. Lewis was featured as a presenter at two major events of the International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution (CPR).

Lewis was a featured speaker at the Diversity Task Force Luncheon at CPR’s 2018 Annual Meeting on March 8, 2018 in Atlanta. He discussed the current standing of minorities and women in ADR, how to achieve target goals for increasing their participation in ADR, implicit bias and what can be done to counteract and eliminate these biases, and the role and responsibility of clients and their counsel in selecting neutrals.

Lewis also headlined CPR’s Philadelphia Regional Meeting on April 10, 2018. He addressed “Effective Mediation Advocacy: The Roles of Client and Counsel.”

Lewis is co-chair of Schnader’s ADR Practice Group and serves as a mediator, arbitrator, settlement counselor, and trial and appellate practitioner. Lewis is a former federal appeals judge and a past co-chair of Schnader’s Appellate Practice Group.
