Hon. Timothy Lewis Remarks on Results of Graham Spanier Hearing

At the close of the July 30 preliminary hearing for former Penn State president Graham Spanier, former Athletic Director Tim Curley and former senior vice president for finance and business Gary Schultz, Mr. Spanier’s attorney, Hon. Timothy K. Lewis, remarked on the results of the hearing. “We maintain that Dr. Spanier is innocent of all the charges that have been brought against him. We look forward and he looks forward to the opportunity to demonstrate that for all,” said Spanier’s attorney Tim Lewis.
