Jo Bennett Quoted in Business Insurance Magazine

Labor & Employment Practices Group co-chair Jo Bennett was quoted in Business Insurance Magazine for the July 25 article, “Extreme Single Incidents Can Create Hostile Work Environment“. Commenting about Castleberry v. STI Group, a recent Third Circuit decision, Bennett said the ruling “is a good reminder for employers to review their policies relating to workplace behavior and to refresh those policies if they think it’s necessary.”
