Keith Whitson Selected as the Exclusive Winner of the Client Choice Awards for Product Liability in Pennsylvania (Client Choice Guide – USA & Canada 2014)

Keith E. Whitson has received a 2014 Client Choice Award, and is the sole recipient of this award in the Product Liability category in Pennsylvania.

Established in 2005, the Client Choice awards recognize those law firms and partners around the world that stand apart for the excellent client service they provide. The criteria for the awards focus on the ability to add real value to clients’ business above and beyond other players in the market. Uniquely, these awards survey senior corporate counsel only, with this year’s winners chosen from a pool of more than 2,000 individual client assessments. Building on the success of the Client Choice Guide – International 2014, Client Choice – USA & Canada 2014 recognizes winners by work area at state and province level. This year, 251 individual winners across 46 states and four Canadian provinces were recognized.

A seasoned litigator with more than 20 years experience, Mr. Whitson represents a diverse clientele of manufacturers, service providers, government entities and individuals in state and federal courts throughout the county. His practice focuses on general commercial litigation, product liability, toxic torts and appellate advocacy. He also has substantial experience in asbestos litigation, aviation litigation, insurance coverage and environmental law. He is co-chair of the Firm’s Product Liability Practice Group and acts as administrative partner of the Firm’s Pittsburgh office.
