Kimmel Cancer Center Honors Barry Bressler with the “Spirit of Courage” Award

The Kimmel Cancer Center honored Barry E. Bressler with the “Spirit of Courage” Award at their 4th Annual Men’s Event on November 15, 2012. The “Spirit of Courage” Award is presented to an individual who has demonstrated great personal courage, strength, and dignity while battling cancer and supporting others in their fight against cancer. The annual Men’s Event provides an opportunity to raise awareness and dollars for prostate cancer at the Kimmel Cancer Center at Jefferson.
Mr. Bressler, a partner in the Firm’s Philadelphia office, handles a wide variety of creditors’ rights issues, bankruptcy matters, and real estate litigation. He has represented lenders, landlords, developers, owners, contractors, and subcontractors in commercial mortgage foreclosures, suits against guarantors, loan workouts, commercial lease, brokerage commission, land use, landlord-tenant disputes, and construction litigation.
