Labor and Employment Team Helps Defeat Unfair Labor Practice Charge

A team of Schnader labor and employment attorneys, including Michael J. Wietrzychowski, Nicholas N. Price, S. Elaine Diedrich and James Costello II, successfully defeated unfair labor practice charges filed against a client by the National Labor Relations Board stemming from a union”s unsuccessful organizing campaign.  The union had contended that employees were terminated for supporting the union organizing effort, and that the employer engaged in illegal campaign activities that thwarted the union”s organizing effort.  Based on the hard work of the Schnader team, the NLRB withdrew all charges against our client before trial.
