Laurel Brandstetter Named Chair of Criminal Defense and Internal Investigations Practice Group

Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP is pleased to announce that Laurel Brandstetter has been named as chair of the Criminal Defense and Internal Investigations Practice Group.

A skilled trial lawyer and former prosecutor, Brandstetter has extensive experience in the areas of white collar criminal defense, government investigations and prosecutions, corporate compliance, and internal investigations for a wide variety of entities from corporations to municipalities and universities. Her practice includes handling complex, high-stakes criminal and civil matters on a wide range of issues, as well as matters involving federal regulation, ethics and professional responsibility.

Brandstetter served for over six years as a Senior Deputy Attorney General for the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office and for over seven years as an Assistant District Attorney for the Allegheny County District Attorney. She also founded and chaired the White Collar and Internal Investigations practice group as a partner with the law firm of Leech Tishman Fuscaldo & Lampl, LLC. Among other civic leadership activities, Brandstetter currently serves as Chairperson of the Allegheny County Chapter of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
