Megan Harmon Selected as One of the “2012 Most Powerful and Influential Women of Pennsylvania”

Megan E. Harmon has been selected by the National Diversity Council as one of the “2012 Most Powerful and Influential Women of Pennsylvania.” The award recognizes those who provide leadership excellence; sustain a record of accomplishments and contributions to their industry; demonstrate leadership and commitment to the well-being of the community; and exhibit a commitment to the highest ethical standards and professional excellence. Ms. Harmon was formally recognized for her leadership excellence at the 3rd Annual Pittsburgh Diversity and Leadership Conference on September 13 at Duquesne University.

Ms. Harmon is a partner in the Business Services Department, co-chair of the Environmental Practice Group and Energy Practice Group and co-chair of the Sustainability and Environmental Services Practice Group. She concentrates her practice in business counseling, transactions, mergers, acquisitions and dispositions; project development; finance; and other employer-related issues and has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, federal and state compliance matters, employment issues and procurement.
