Merenstein Appointed to Philadelphia Bar’s Investigative Division

On March 31, 2006 by Schnader in News

Bruce Merenstein was recently appointed to a three-year term on the Investigative Division of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Commission on Judicial Selection and Retention. The Investigative Division interviews potential judicial candidates, and conducts a full review of a candidate’s qualifications, which includes interviews with lawyers, judges and others familiar with a candidate; a full review of writing samples submitted by a candidate; and a rigorous assessment of their qualifications. Once this process is complete, the Investigative Division makes recommendations to the Commission about what rating each candidate should receive.
