Michael Wietrzychowski Selected by the Supreme Court of New Jersey to Serve on the District Ethics Committee
On July 29, 2010 by Schnader in Labor and EmploymentMichael Wietrzychowski, vice chair of the Labor and Employment Practices Group, was selected by the Supreme Court of New Jersey for membership and service on the District Ethics Committee for Burlington County, New Jersey (District III-B) for a four-year term beginning on September 1. The Supreme Court of New Jersey stated that Mr. Wietrzychowski’s “willingness to commit time and energy to maintaining high standards of the legal profession is much appreciated. The Supreme Court, the legal profession, and the public we service count on volunteers, such as yourself, to ensure that important goals of the attorney disciplinary system are met.” The District of Ethics Committee is a part of the Office of Attorney Ethics, which acts as the investigative and prosecutorial arm of the Supreme Court of New Jersey in discharging the Court’s constitutional responsibility to supervise and discipline New Jersey attorneys.
