On October 19, 2012 by Schnader in Appellate

Paul H. Titus offered comment for the NPR Pittsburgh affiliate WESA article “Lethal Injections Could Be Blocked In Pennsylvania If Witnesses Not Allowed Full Access” on October 17, 2012. The article discusses a request to block executions in Pennsylvania unless the Department of Corrections allows access to the entire process, from the time the inmate is brought into the execution room to the time the inmate is removed. Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis, LLP is representing the two newspapers who have challenged the current witness limitations, The Philadelphia Inquirer and The Harrisburg Patriot-News.
