Paul Titus Quoted on Judicial Election System

While the decision may not be handed down until as late as June, the case has potential implications for Pennsylvania, which is facing an unusual three open seats for the state supreme court. Attorney Paul Titus, also a member of Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts, is quoted in The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review‘s February 1, 2015 story, “Florida campaign case before Supreme Court may reverberate in Pennsylvania judicial race.”
