Schnader is proud that Paul H. Titus received the “Drum Major for Justice Award” on Monday, January 15 at the 19th Annual Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Prayer Breakfast and Program, held by the Allegheny County Bar Association’s Homer S. Brown Division (HSBD).
Titus was honored for the “extraordinary community work he has done with the Catholic Diocese in Pittsburgh to ensure that diverse students attending predominately African American Catholic Schools have an opportunity to gain hands on experience in the legal field.” For over 20 years, Titus has led a Mock Trial Program in the fall and a Constitution and Legal System Training in the spring for 8th grade students at the Sister Thea Bowman Catholic Academy in Wilkinsburg. These interactive experiences allow students to prepare for and participate in a mock trial in a real courtroom, learn about the history of the U.S. Constitution, attend oral arguments in a federal appeals court, and meet judges and elected officials on a tour of the capitol in Harrisburg.

Titus is Counsel at Schnader, handling a broad range of litigation in trial and appellate courts, especially complex business matters. This includes shareholder disputes, securities issues, contract disputes, governmental regulation and antitrust litigation. He represents governmental entities as well as public and private institutions.
