Ralph Wellington Quoted in N.Y. Times Regarding Barnes Appeal

On April 28, 2005 by Schnader in Appellate

Ralph G. Wellington, chairman of Schnader,  was quoted in The New York Times article “A Victory for the Barnes.” The Pennsylvania Supreme Court dismissed the appeal of former Barnes student, Jay Raymond, who was trying to stop the transfer of the Barnes Foundation art collection from moving to downtown Philadelphia.  “This should end the legal dispute so the Barnes should be able now to go forward with building its new facility,” Ralph said.  Ralph was also quoted in The Legal Intelligencer article “State High Court Ends Barnes Appeal.”
