Richard Barkasy Re-elected to Schnader’s Executive Committee

Schnader is pleased to announce that Richard A. Barkasy has been re-elected to the Firm’s Executive Committee for another three-year term. The Committee manages the operations and provides financial oversight of the Firm.

Barkasy is chair of the Creditors’ Rights and Business Restructuring Practice Group and is resident in Schnader’s Philadelphia and Wilmington offices. He handles a variety of complex commercial litigation matters, devoting a substantial portion of his practice to Chapter 11 and Chapter 15 bankruptcy cases.

In addition, Barkasy is an adjunct professor of law at Rutgers University School of Law where he has taught Delaware Corporate Litigation, Bankruptcy, and other courses.
