On November 16, 2015 by Schnader in Aviation

Schnader is pleased to announce that Aviation Group chair Robert J. Williams has been selected as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA).

Mr. Williams is a trial attorney with two decades’ experience representing global, national and regional companies in complex, high-stakes actions in federal and state courts, private and court-annexed arbitrations, and before administrative agencies. He has substantial experience with a wide range of matters, including product liability, insurance coverage, claims handling and bad faith, construction, torts, property tax appeals, and commercial and business litigation. Mr. Williams draws upon his experience as an aircraft owner and pilot to counsel virtually every type of aviation industry participant, including aircraft and component manufacturers, airports, air carriers and other commercial operators, repair stations, pilots, mechanics and insurers.

The Litigation Counsel of America is an invitation-only trial lawyer honorary society established to reflect the new face of the American bar. Membership is limited to 3,500 Fellows, representing less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Fellows are selected after being evaluated for effectiveness and accomplishment in litigation and trial work, as well as for having an ethical reputation.

Besides recognizing highly qualified and experienced lawyers, LCA provides an outlet for scholarly authorship; offers additional sources for professional development; promotes superior advocacy and ethical standards in the practice of law; supports community involvement by its membership; and advances a superior judiciary.
